Training

Your safety is our top priority. We offer training on Dräger Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and Gas Detection Equipment. Our classes teach the proper use and functions of your Dräger equipment. We strive to ensure that participants receive a comprehensive understanding of the equipment they use.

Level 1 Operational Training is provided by Prime Safety Instructors.
Level 2 Service Training is provided by Dräger trainers.

Flow Service

SCBA & Masks
With our team of Dräger-certified Level 2 technicians and our mobile service station, we’ll travel to your facility and quickly complete your NFPA 1852 required annual SCBA flow test service. Service includes a full inspection of each piece of your equipment, battery replacement with only approved batteries, O-ring replacement, complete SCBA flow testing, and negative pressure mask test. Our fully stocked mobile service station allows us to repair most any damage to your units on sight resulting in minimal time out of service.

Our team strives to ensure that your personnel can respond to emergencies even during our service. We limit the number of units taken from your apparatus to our service bench, so if the tones drop, your units will rapidly be back in service.

Gas Calibration

To minimize your downtime and to ensure your monitors are fully functional, our Dräger-certified technician(s) can travel to your location to calibrate your gas detection instruments using our X-Dock test station. Gas detection equipment may also be shipped to our facility for calibration and repair. We stock a wide variety of sensors and replacement parts and can fix most gas detection monitor issues quickly.

Repair

Once we receive your Dräger SCBA or gas detection equipment, our service and repair technicians will quickly assess it for any damage or needed repairs. After approval, necessary repairs will be made. If any pneumatic parts are replaced, your SCBA equipment will receive a complete flow test. If sensors/battery are replaced in your gas detection monitor, it will be calibrated. Your repaired equipment will then be shipped back to you.

Additionally, if your unit needs a Dräger’s manufacturer warranty repair, we can complete most repairs and have your unit back in your hands quickly.
